• Consumable Top Up there are various levels of top up service offered to support your needs. Please ask for more details.

  From $5 per night of  occupancy

• Lawn Care Offered as a weekly service. Cost determined on size of lawns. *out-of-town properties may incur travel costs

• Bi-annual Deep-Clean Bi-annual deep clean and routine maintenance of your unit. Final price will be quoted prior to clean commencing and will be exclusive of repair costs.

  $35 per hour; Minimum 2 hour charge

• Weekly Garbage and Recycling Service. Offered as a weekly service for in-town curb side, and weekly dump service for properties without curb side pick up.*out-of-town properties will incur travel and disposal costs

• Cleaning Only This service will include feedback on unit cleanliness and compliance to house rules so that clients can appropriately write guest reviews.

• Private Catering Let our chef cater for your guests from a memorable meal to the whole stay.
